After supporting the top time trial specialists for years, the Prologo T gale PAS saddle has been redesigned with a revolutionary look—the result of aerodynamic research and track testing. It's ready to support professionals and demanding cyclists in their most intense time trial challenges. Developed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) aerodynamic simulation software, the new Tgale has been fine-tuned with valuable feedback from world-class athletes such as Filippo Ganna, Tadej Pogačar, Joshua Tarling, Stefan Küng, and Stefan Bissegger.

Anatomical Shape
By studying the riding positions of professional cyclists during time trials, Prologo identified that the actual contact area on the saddle is shorter than the total length, which must still comply with UCI regulations. From this insight came Prologo’s breakthrough idea: to create a high-performance time trial saddle with variable padding—thicker at the nose and central section where pressure is applied, and extremely thin at the rear. The new Tgale PAS features a wide 50 mm nose and a center that’s 10 mm further back, increasing the effective support area at the front and offering greater freedom of movement throughout different phases of the race.
Ergonomic Shape
In the central part, padding tapers to 18 mm before transitioning into a cut-out—a “step-down” in the rear area, which is not used by the cyclist, where the padding drops to just a few millimeters.
This design serves a dual purpose: reducing the saddle’s overall weight and improving aerodynamics, thanks to the slimmer rear profile that channels airflow from the rider’s back along the direction of travel.
The defining feature of the PAS model is its wide central channel running the full length of the saddle. This channel is flanked by two more heavily padded zones, providing additional comfort during powerful pedaling efforts.
Instead of CPC technology, the Tgale PAS features Slide Control—a system of 3D lines positioned only on the saddle nose. This solution enhances grip and rider stability while still allowing sufficient freedom of movement.
